Do I need to be in shape to start?

Not at all! Our program is designed for all fitness levels. Our trainers will help modify exercises to match your current abilities while challenging you to improve.

I've never done group training before. Will I feel lost?

You’ll feel welcome from day one! Our coaches and community are incredibly supportive, and we’ll guide you through every workout. Plus, you’ll have a proper orientation to help you feel confident from the start.

How is this different from other gym programs?

Our workouts are thoughtfully designed for our local community, with your goals and needs in mind.

When does it start?

Start this coming Monday.

Once you register, we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your first workout.

What will be required of me?

We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results.

What if I have a specific injury or can't perform a certain exercise?

Our coaches will modify each and every exercise in the workout to fit your current fitness level and specific needs, including prior injuries or other physical ailments you may have.

Can I continue after the 28 days are over?

Absolutely! Many choose to continue their journey with us after seeing their initial results. We offer several options to keep your momentum going, which we’ll discuss when you come in.
